【摘要】 行动研究易被误认为低要求、易操作 ,似乎为无暇兼顾教学的科研的外语教师指明了道路。但行动研究既非科研无能的代名词 ,也非科研无能的出路。行动研究重大“过程” ,它具有长期性、循环性 ,因而应以改进教学活动为出发点和最终目标 ,应成为外语教师职业发展的重要途径。行动研究重在“行动” ,但行动的背后需要相应的理论支持。行动研究中提倡师师合作与师研合作 ,互帮互助 ,谋求共同发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Many believe action research offers a practical way out for those research-troubled foreign language teachers with the promise of low repuirements and easy operation.However,action research is not a term to label academic importance,nor a short cut for academically impotent teachers.Focusing on ”process”,it is a long-term recursive research,therefore,the ultimate purpose of action research is to reform and improve teaching and it should become an important practice for teacher development.Action research also focuses on ”action”,yet the action should be backed up with relevant theories.Collaboration between teachers and researchers is desirable and promoted in doing action research so that they can help one other in career development.更多还原
