【摘要】 临床实践教学是高等医学教育的重要组成部分 ,是医学人才培养的重要实践阶段。当前由于受多种因素的影响 ,使临床实践教学质量呈现滑坡趋势。主要原因 :高校的扩招与临床实习基地建设滞后 ;医疗市场竞争日趋激烈 ;《执业医师法》和新《医疗事故处理条例》的实施 ;医生走穴现象严重 ,影响了教学质量 ;毕业生就业制度的改革 ;高校领导对临床实践教学重视不足。针对以上原因应采取的对策 :适度控制招生规模 ;领导应转变思想、更新观念 ;配备教学编制 ;加强临床实践教学基地的规范化建设和管理 ;改革现行奖金分配制度 ,在临床教学中引入激励机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Clinical practice teaching is an important part in the college medical education and the key stage in the education of different medical talents. However the quality of this education is worsening due to varied reasons. After investigating and analyzing the situation, we conclude that the main reasons are:unbalance of the increasing enrollment of students and the stagnation of establishment of the clinical teaching unit;severe competition in the medical market;launch of Act ol doctor license and Regulation about resolving medical complains; limited teaching time of doctors who do too much part time jobs; reformation of the employment regime of students when graduated; leaders’ paying lessattentions on the medical teaching practice. To coping with these problems, the actions should be taken are: reducing the enrollment of medical students; leaders’ changing their stereotype and paying more attentions on the medical teaching practice; increasing the teaching posts in the clinical teaching units; normalizing the establishment and management of the clinical teaching units; reformation of the policy of bonus and setting up rewarding regime in the clinical teaching.更多还原
