【摘要】 目的　为治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻 (EPISBO)探寻更快、高效、廉价的治疗方法。方法　回顾 38例EPISBO病人治疗方法 ,包括静滴普鲁卡因、甘露醇灌肠、腹部外敷芒硝。结果　 38例病人均经保守疗法治愈 ,亦无复发者。平均治愈时间为 10d。结论　采用保守疗法治疗EPISBO效果良好 ,并发症少 ,治疗费用低 ,而且安全更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find more effective and less expensive methods for the treatment of early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction (EPISBO). Methods We made a retrospective study on the treatment methods of EPISBO in 38 patients. They were including vena dropping of procaine, clyster of mannitol and abdomen coating of mirabilite. Results All the 38 cases were free from recrudescence of re-operation. The average recovery duration were 10 days. Conclusions The conservative methods is effective, safe and inexpensive in the treatment of EPISPO.更多还原
