【Abstract】 Overexpression and activation of receptor occurs frequently in human breast carcinomas. Therapeutic strategies include blockade of individual receptors with monoclonal antibodies and inhibition of tyrosine kinase function. There are several developed drugs targeted the receptors, such as trastuzumab, small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitors and so on. Biologic therapy of targeting growth factor is promising.
