印制电路板设计与工艺的技术探讨
A Technological Probe on Printing Circuit Panel Design and Handicraft
【摘要】 印制电路板的设计与装配焊接是电子产品开发和制造的重要环节。本文从印制电路板总体设计方案的构思、结构尺寸的确定、元器件及导线的布局、虚焊的目测和预防等方面进行了深入探讨。
【Abstract】 Printing circuit panel and assembing welding proved paramount section in electro nic products’ development and manufactory. The essay deeply explored into compre hensive plotting, precisely assurance, wires and element distribution to executi ve new solutions.
