【摘要】 目的观察他扎罗汀凝胶治疗寻常痤疮、扁平疣的疗效及不良反应。方法每晚清洁面部后取他扎罗汀适量薄涂于患处 ,每周复诊一次并进行记录 ,连续 4周后进行疗效评估。结果两组 5 0例中共治愈 2 6例 ,占 5 2 % ,有效率分别为 72 %和 76 % ,不良反应发生率为 5 8%。结论他扎罗汀凝胶治疗寻常痤疮和扁平疣疗效好、见效快、安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of Tazarotene Gel in patients with acne vulgaris and verruca plana.Methods After clearing the face every night, apply moderate Tazarotene Gel to the insectted part. Repeat diagnosis every week and record the repeat. After 4 weeks, evaluate the effect. Results Among 50 patients of two groups 26 cases are cured accounting for 52%. The effective rates is 72% and 76%. Incidence of adverse effects was 58%.
