【摘要】 高职院校必须更加强调对学生的素质教育。但是,不少高职院校将能力培养与素质教育、专业课程与政治理论及人文素质教育课程、实践动手训练与人文素质训练对立起来,受排挤的素质教育又忽视隐性课程,内容、方式、方法均未能与时俱进。文章呼吁:必须将素质教育作为高等职业教育的灵魂来抓,将素质教育的内容融合到专业知识和能力教育中去,要重视素质教育的系统性和完整性,要抓住青年学生的兴奋点,抓住社会的热点问题和人们关注的问题,采用多种形式,使素质教育贯穿3年学习生活的始终并卓有成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Quality-oriented education should be strengthened in higher vocational colleges. However, ability cultivation and quality-oriented education, professional courses and political theories, and humanities education courses and field training are made opposite to each other in many higher vocational colleges. The excluded quality-oriented education ignores implicit courses, and it has not advanced with the times in its contents and methods. This article makes the following propositions: that quality-oriented education should be stressed as the soul in higher vocational education; that quality-oriented education should be implemented into professional knowledge and ability cultivation; that importance should be paid on systematization and integrality of quality-oriented education, that we should agitate young students and pay attention to hot issues in society, and that quality-oriented education should be implemented into students’ three years study life with various methods.更多还原
