【摘要】 目的 :评价“脑卒中高危人群筛检与重点干预”策略实施前后对高血压患者脑血管功能的影响。方法 :选择脑卒中干预队列人群中具有高血压病史 ,脑血管功能积分低于 70分并接受“脑安胶囊”重点干预的卒中高危人群 ,分成单纯的高血压和高血压组 (n=4 2 34)并发其他危险因素组 (n=2 871) ,分别比较两组患者自身干预前后的脑血管血流动力学 (CVHI)。结果 :高血压患者接受“脑安胶囊”重点干预后 ,两组 CVHI均显著改善 ,脑血管功能积分在两组研究对象中分别上升 13.8分和 14 .3分 ,上升幅度分别为 2 8.7%和 32 .5 %。结论 :实施干预策略一年后 ,高血压患者的 CVHI和脑血管功能显著改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To evaluate effect of practicing "stroke high risk population screen and intervention" measure on cerebral vascular hemodynamic indexes in hypertension patients before and after stroke intervention. METHODS:Participants selected from stroke intervention cohort, who with history of hypertension, score of cerebrovascular function, accumulated by single indexes, below 70 points, and received strengthening intervention with Chinese medicine named Naoan Capsule. Included participants were divided into two groups, one was simple hypertension, the other was hypertension united with exposure of other risk factors of stroke. Cerebral vascular hemodynamic indexes (CVHIs) of participants self before and after intervention in both groups were compared. RESULTS:After practice of intervention, 9 pair CVHIs were significantly improved in both group, and cerebrovascular function score increased 13.8 and 14.3 points which were increased 28.7% and 32.5%。CONCLUSION: CVHIs and cerebrovascular function score in hypertension patients after one year’s intervention are significantly improved.更多还原
