【摘要】 中国当代政府行政管理活动是建立在改革开放前的行政体制基础上的。在经历从计划经济向市场经济转型过程中,虽然已经取得了辉煌的成绩,但是也暴露出不少问题,突出表现在:行政职责划分不明确;长官意志盛于人民意愿;机构臃肿,人浮于事,办事效率低下;行政权力分配不科学等。如何解决这些问题是当前政府进行行政改革的主要任务。更多还原

【Abstract】 The action of present government management is built on the adminisration system which was about 20 years ago in China. From planned economy to market economy,our government has gained a great success,but it still has exposed some problems,such as duty and obligation of administration do not set apart effectually;official determination excels the people’s willings;governmental organization is obese; too many candidates for available jobs; working without efficiency and the power of adreforming, ministration distributes rationally.How to slove those problems is the most important duty while our government’s.更多还原
