甜玉米的研究现状与发展
The Current Situation of Research and Development of Sweet Corn
【摘要】 甜玉米是一种营养丰富、利用率高、适口性好、经济效益高的新型玉米,具有甜、粘、嫩、香的特点,有“水果玉米”、“蔬菜玉米”之称。从营养品质、加工利用、采收期及保鲜技术等方面对甜玉米的研究现状进行了综述。
【Abstract】 Sweet corn is a kind of new corn with rich nutrition, high utilization ratio, good palate and high economic benefits . It is sweet , sticking , tender and fragrant and is called " fruit corn " or "vegetable corn ". The author of this article sums up the current situation of research on sweet corn from the nutritive value, the time of picking , the processing and utilizing and the technology of keeping fresh , etc.
