【摘要】 目的分析27例臀肌挛缩症手术疗效。方法将挛缩带切除松解或单纯切断松解。结果术后23例病人3个月内逐渐恢复髋关节正常功能,4例单侧切断松解臀中、小肌,梨状肌及部分后关节囊者均有跛形,3个月后跛行明显改善,半年后逐渐恢复正常。结论本组臀肌挛缩症手术疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: the operative treatment of 27 cases of gluteal muscle contraction is analysed. Method : the bank of muscle contraction is resected or only cut off in order to relax the muscle. Result: 23 cases have gradually recovered the function of hip joints in 3 month,4 cases whose buttocks middle muscle,small muscle and the bag of back joint are cut off result in limp. The limp are improved 3 months later,have gradually recovered in half a year. Condusion: the effet of operative treatment of gluteal muscle contraction in this group is satisfactory.更多还原
