改性固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2/Al2O3催化合成乙酸正丁酯
The Catalytic Synthesis of Butyl Acetate by Refinement Solid Superacid SO42-/TiO2/Al2O3
【摘要】 以独特方法合成了固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2/Al2O3, 并将之用于催化合成乙酸正丁酯, 探讨了影响酯化反应的因素. 结果表明, 最佳合成条件:醇酸摩尔比为2.5:1, 催化剂∏Ti:∏AI=5:1, 焙烧温度为500℃, 用量为1.0g,占总投料量的2.8%, 乙酸和正丁醇的摩尔比为2.5:1, 反应时间为3.5-4h, 最佳反应温度为120℃, 酯化率达93.53%, 此时乙酸转化率达99.7%.
【Abstract】 The synthesis of butyl acetate from n-butanol and acetic acid with refinement solid super acid SO42-/TiO2/Al2O3 as catalyst is studied. The influential factors of reaction are investgated. Results show that the appropriate conditions are molar ratio of n-butanolto actic acid 2.5:1;CatalystⅡTi:ⅡAI=5:1;Temperature500℃ weight of catalyst 1.0g; reaction time 3.5 to 4h. The yield of butyl acetate is about 93.53 percent.
