【Abstract】 By fully utilizing the characteristics of EPC process that the whole can be broken into parts, the batch production of DN1200 butter fly valves with EPC process was realized. The key points of using EPC process to produce DN1200 butterflyvalves were introduced including: dividing of the foam pattern; foam pattern tooling design; foam patterns making and their assembly, gating system and foundry method.更多还原
