基于物元分析的球墨铸铁石墨形态识别

【摘要】 介绍球墨铸铁中石墨的基本形态类型。通过提取石墨形态的特征,运用物元分析方法建立起石墨形态的物元模型,并确定不同形态类型号的经典域及石墨形态的节域。应用关联函数及决策树方法对石墨形态进行判别。实验分析结果表明该方法是可行的。

【Abstract】 Basic graphite morphology types of nodular iron were introduced.By collecting morphological features of graphites, the matter element analysis method was adopted to establish the metter-element model of graphite morphology, as well as determine the classical domain and limited domain. The graphite morphologies were identified by using correlated functions and the decision tree method. The experimental result showed that the proposed method is feasible.
