冲天炉熔炼过程自适应神经——模糊建模
Modeling of Cupola Melting Process with Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System
【摘要】 对一个实际冲天炉进行系统实验,得到一系列铁液温度、熔化率与焦耗、送风强度之间相互关系数据。综合自适应模糊推理的建模功能和神经网络的学习能力,在精确表达数量关系的同时,还能直接从实验数据中提取规则,帮助操作者认识熔炼规律,据此得出的新型网形图使用起来更为方便快捷。
【Abstract】 A systematic experiment was carried out on a practical cupola, and, as a result, a set of data reflecting the relationship between tapping temperauture, melting rate, coke consumption rate and blast rate was obtained. By combining modeling function of adaptive fuzzy inference and the learning ability of artificial neural net work, a set of operating rules, which can represent the relationship between experimental data accurately and are beneficial for the operator to better understand basic principles of cupola melting operation, could be extracted directly from experimental data. The new net diagram drawn out based on this system is much simpler and more fast in usage.
