【Abstract】 Property characteristcs of ADI and factors influencing properties of ADI were described. The main measures to increase comprehensive properties of ADI were proposed including: 1) adopting high quality materials as melting charge, and stressing melting charges control; 2) adopting induction furnace for melting, strictly controlling composition of molten iron; 3) choosing proper chemical composition to ensure good as-cast structures: (4) increasing mould density and cooling rate; 5) choosing proper heat treatment parameters.更多还原
