【摘要】 以基于AutoCAD的二次开发工具ObjectARX开发出阀体三维专用铸造工艺设计CAD系统,计算迅速准确,消除了人为的计算误差,可同时对几个工艺方案进行工艺设计和比较,找出较好的方案。可以大大提高设计效率和优化设计,并缩短设计周期。

【Abstract】 A 3D foundry method design CAD system special for valve bodies was developed with the secondary developing tool Object ARX based on Auto CAD, which has advantages of rapid calculation and accurate results, eliminating man-made calculation errors, possibility to design and compare several methods for a particular casting to obtain the best method, so that it can be used to improve design efficiency and optimize method schemes, as well as to short the method design time.
