【摘要】 生态城市已被公认为是能够实现持续发展的未来城市模式,但是,如何把生态城市的理念真正应用于城市的宏观规划还处于摸索阶段.本文以厦门市生态城市概念性规划为例就生态城市理念在城市宏观规划中的应用原则和方法等做了初步探索,在坚持自然优先、资源定位的原则下,综合分析厦门市的自然生态、社会生态和经济生态的优劣势,明确其城市定位为:区域性国际旅游城市,并围绕主导产业旅游业对全市进行功能布局,将厦门市分为五大功能区.生态城市概念性规划做出的城市远景发展方向和发展战略具有前瞻性,可以指导城市的总体规划,是城市可持续规划的新模式.更多还原

【Abstract】 Ecocity is generally viewed as a new city model which can help to realize sustainable development.However,it is still unclear about how to really use the idea of ecocity into strategic city planning.In this article,principles and methods about how to use the idea of ecocity into strategic city planning are presented through the case study of ecocity conceptual planning of Xiamen.By the conservation principle,resources-oriented principle and so on,the advantages and disadvantages of natural ecosystem,social ecosystem and economic ecosystem are holistically analysed,the urban orientation of Xiamen are determined as a regional international tourism city,and the whole city is divided into five function zones according to its leading industrytourism.A foresighted city development strategy made out by ecocity conceptual planning,and can guide urban master planning is a new model of sustainable city planning.更多还原
