【Abstract】 Recently the research about ecological security caused by global change has become a research hotpoint around the world.The ecological security research in coastal area,which has affinity to global change,still needs further research.In this paper,the problems of coastal ecological security that are caused by global change are discussed as well as;the connotations of coastal ecological security are also set forth.The principles of coastal ecological security management are expatiated in detail,including precautionary principle,resource oriented principle,ocean and land integrating,ocean orienting land principle,public involvement principle and scale matching principle.更多还原
