【摘要】 2002年9月,通过现场营养盐添加实验研究了长江口外海(E4测站)、东海陆架中部海区(E6测站)以及黄海冷水团(E2测站)分粒级叶绿素a对营养盐添加的响应.结果显示:E6测站加磷与加氮磷组均在120h出现了叶绿素峰值响应,表明9月该站同时受氮磷限制.E4测站加磷组在第1天培养结束时就出现了叶绿素响应,证实了磷限制的存在.E2测站由于培养时间所限,加氮与加磷组均未观测到叶绿素明显的峰值响应.不同海区浮游植物对响应时间不尽相同.营养盐的添加在一定程度上改变了浮游植物的粒级结构.更多还原

【Abstract】 Experiments of nutrient limitation on phytoplankton outside Changjiang estuarine (Station E4),in continental marginal sea (E6) and at Yellow Sea cold water mass were conducted in September, 2002 .Results showed that nitrogen and phosphorous co-limited phytoplankton growth in E6.Phosphorous limited phytoplankton growth in Station E4.For the limited duration of experiment in E2,definite conclusion about nutrient limitation needs more study.The addition of nutrients changed the size structure of phytoplankton in a certain degree.更多还原
