多壁碳纳米管用于富集水样中有机磷农药残留的研究
Study of Purified Multi-walled Carbon Nanotubes as a Sorbent of Solid Phase Extraction for Preconcentration of Organophosphorous Pesticides from Water Samples
【摘要】 用50mg经过纯化的多壁碳纳米管(PMWCNTs)装填成固相萃取(SPE)柱,采用GC PFPD检测,研究了水样中8种有机磷农药在SPE柱上的泄漏体积(BTVs)和回收率,并将之与OasisHLBSPE柱(1mL)以及实验室自行装填的石墨化碳黑SPE柱(50mgCarbopackB)的性能相比较.结果表明,因其高水溶性,浓度为20μg/L的甲胺磷在上述3种SPE柱上的BTVs均小于10mL;浓度各为1μg/L的敌敌畏、二嗪农、甲基对硫磷、毒死蜱、对硫磷在3种SPE柱上的BTVs均大于200mL;PMWCNTs柱对极性有机磷农药敌百虫和乐果的保留能力高于CarbopackB柱而低于OasisHLB柱.用PMWCNTs柱萃取100mL浓度各为2μg/L的加标水样时,除了甲胺磷和敌敌畏外,6种有机磷农药的回收率均高于70%.分析实际水样时,PMWCNTs柱萃取和三氯甲烷液 液萃取所得的结果一致.PMWCNTs是一种潜在的SPE吸附剂.
【Abstract】 Off-line solid phase extraction (SPE) coupled with GC-PFPD was applied in this study. 50mg purified multi-walled carbon nanotubes (PMWCNTs) were packed in a SPE cartridge for the extraction of 8 organophosphorous pesticides (OPPs) in water samples. Breakthrough volumes (BTVs) and recoveries of 8 OPPs on PMWCNTs cartridge were investigated and compared with those on laboratory-packed Carbopack B cartridge (50 mg) and on Oasis HLB cartridge (1 mL), respectively. The results showed that the BTVs of 20 μg/L methamidophos on three SPE cartridges were less than 10mL due to its high water solubility; the BTVs of dichorvos, diazion, parathion-methyl, chlorpyrifos and parathion on three SPE cartridges were more than 200 mL (1 μg/L for each analytes). For trichlorfon and dimethoate, PMWCNTs cartridge showed stronger retention ability than Carbopack B cartridge, and weaker than Oasis HLB cartridge. Except trichlorfon and dimethoate, the recoveries of 6 OPPs were more than 70% when 100 mL water sample spiked with 2 μg/L for each analyte was extracted with PMWCNTs cartridge. Some surface water samples were extracted with both PMWCNTs cartridge and traditional CHCl3 liquid-liquid extraction method, and the results were comparable. It has been proven that PMWCNTs can be an excellent SPE sorbent.
