AIBN/NaNO2/FeSO4·7H2O/(CH3CO)2O存在下甲基丙烯酸甲酯本体聚合的研究

【摘要】 研究了AIBN/NaNO2/FeSO4·7H2O/(CH3CO)2O存在下甲基丙烯酸甲酯本体聚合行为,发现AIBN/NaNO2/FeSO4·7H2O配比为1/3/3,(CH3CO)2O为1.0mol/L,温度为95℃时,甲基丙烯酸甲酯本体聚合具有活性特征,分子量多分散性指数在1.5以内,控制较好.聚合过程转化率和分子量随时间的增加而增大.

【Abstract】 Living free radical Polymerization of MMA was studied in the presence of AIBN/NaNO2/FeSO4·7H2O/(CH3CO)2O in this paper. It was found that, when the molar ratio of AIBN/NaNO2/FeSO4·7H2O was 1/3/3/、the amount of (CH3CO)2O was 1.0 mol/L and temperature was 95 ℃, polymerization of MMA was living and well controlled. With the increasing of time ,the conversion of monomer and the molecular weight of polymer also increased.
