【摘要】 目的　比较复方丹参滴丸与消心痛对稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法　选择至少 3个月稳定型心绞痛的患者 78例作为观察对象。随机分为两组 ,分别采用复方丹参滴丸 ( 4 0例 )和消心痛 ( 3 8例 )治疗 ,疗程 2个月。观察抗心绞痛的疗效、心电图变化、提高心律变异及降脂作用。结果　 ( 1)复方丹参滴丸组抗心绞痛显效率 67.5 % ( 2 7例 ) ,消心痛组 5 7.8%( 2 2例 )。 ( 2 )复方丹参滴丸组心电图改善总有效率 62 .5 % ( 2 5例 ) ,消心痛组 3 9.5 % ( 15例 )。 ( 3 )复方丹参滴丸组胆固醇 (TC)降低 2 1.6% ,甘油三酯 (TG)降低 18.3 %。消心痛组依次为 9.6% ,10 .9%。 ( 4 )复方丹参滴丸能提高心率变异性。结论　复方丹参滴丸与消心痛均可用于治疗稳定型心绞痛 ,但复方丹参滴丸更好地调节病人心率变异性 ,降低血脂 ,且其毒副作用小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the efficacy of compound Danshen dropping pill(Danshen) and isosorbid dinitrate on stable angina.Method Seventy-eight patients with stable angina for more than three months were divided into two groups randomly:group 1 was treated with Danshen(fourty patients) and group 2 with isosorbid dinitrate(thirty-eight patients).The effects of treatment,change of electrocardiagram,HRV and the effects of decreasing lipid in all patients were observed before treatment and two months later.Results (1)The effective rate of anti-angina in two groups was 67.5%(27 cases)and 57.8%(22 cases)respectively.(2)The improving rates of ECG were 62.5%(25 cases)and 39.5%(15 cases).(3)The decresing rates of cholesterol and triglycerid in group 1 were 21.6% and 18.3% respectively,while in group 2 they were 9.6% and 10.9%.(4)Danshen could elavate HRV.Conclusions Danshen and isosorbid dinitrate are both effective on angina.With little side effects,Danshen is more effective on the adjustment of HRV and decrease of lipid than isosorbid dinitrate.更多还原
