【摘要】 目的 :分析结肠脂肪瘤的结肠钡剂造影及CT表现 ,以提高对本病的认识。材料与方法 :回顾性分析 8例经手术病理证实的结肠脂肪瘤的结肠钡剂造影及CT表现 ,3例作普通钡剂灌肠 ,5例作结肠双对比造影 ,3例作腹部CT扫描。结果 :本组 8例均为结肠黏膜下脂肪瘤。影像学表现 :结肠钡剂造影可见边界清晰的肠腔内充盈缺损 ,双对比相示向肠腔内突出的软组织肿块 ,表面光滑 ,肠黏膜无破坏 ,局部肠壁柔软 ,加压时病灶容易变形 ,并发肠套叠很多见 ;CT扫描见肠腔内异常低密度肿块 ,边界清楚。CT值一般在 - 80Hu～ - 12 0Hu ;增强扫描病灶无强化 ,并发肠套时可见肠套叠征象。结论 :结肠钡剂双对比造影和腹部CT扫描对结肠脂肪瘤可以作出比较准确的诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To analyze the imaging features of colon lipoma of barium enema and CT,to make a further understanding of the disease.Materials and Methods:8 cases of colon lipoma proved by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Barium enema was performed in 3,Double contrast colongraphy in 5,Abdomen CT in 5.Results:There were lipoma under mucosa in 8 cases.Imaging feature:The border clear filling defect were showed on filling imaging by BE.Prominence soft tissue mass were showed on double-contrast imaging,border smooth,mucosa non-destraction,regional colon wall soft and lesion easy deformity when compressing.Intussusception was complicated.In luman abnormal hypodense mass was seen on CT scan.The mass was outline clear.The range of CT value was -80Hu～-120Hu.The lesion was non-enhancement on enhancement scan.Signs of intussusception were seen when complication.Conclusion:The accurately diagnosis of colon lipoma was made with BE and abdominal CT scan.更多还原
