【摘要】 目的 :探讨肺硬化性血管瘤 (SHL)的临床及X线表现特征。材料与方法 :收集经手术及病理证实的SHL10例 ,其中男 7例 ,女 3例 ,男女之比为 2 3:1,平均年龄 36 8岁。针对其临床表现和不同的X线检查及征象进行统计和分析。结果 :临床表现气急、胸闷 3例 ,咳嗽咳痰 2例 ,痰中带血 2例 ,发热 3例 ;术前诊断错构瘤 3例 ,炎性假瘤 4例 ,转移瘤 2例 ,肺癌 1例。透视下肿瘤无搏动 ;胸部平片肿瘤呈圆形 (4例 )、椭圆形 (4例 )和不规则形 (2例 ) ,平均直径 3 3cm ,7例位于右肺 ,3例位于左肺 ;胸部断层 1例显示内部钙化。CT平扫 6例密度均匀 ,平均CT值 4 1Hu ,3例内部显示钙化 ,1例内部局限密度减低 ,6例作了增强CT扫描 ,4例呈均匀强化 ,2例为不均匀强化 ,CT值较平扫平均上升 86Hu。结论 :SHL临床虽缺乏特征性 ,若注意寻找X线及CT中的边缘性状及密度等特征 ,完全有可能术前确诊更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To investigate clinical and X-ray manifestation of sclerotic hemangioma of lung (SHL).Materials and Methods:10 cases of surgically and pathologically proven SHL (male,7 cases;female,3 case;averaging 36.8 years) were retrospectively analyzed of clinical manifestation and x-ray examination.Results:A series of symptoms occurred,such as short breath and chest distress in 3 cases,cough and expectoration in 2 cases,bloody sputum in 2 cases and fever in 3 cases.The patients were pre-operatively diagnosed as hamartomas ( 3 cases),inflammatory pseudotumors (4 cases),metastomas tumors (2 cases),lung carcinoma (1 case).Under fluoroscopy the tumor didn′t pulsate;while on the chest film,they appeared to be round (4 cases),eplliptic (4 cases) and irregular (2 cases),with an average diameter of 3.1cm.Moreover,7 cases located inright lung,3 in left lung.1 case were observed of calcification on the chest transversical slice.CT scanning showed 6 cases of homogeneous density with an average CT value of 41Hu,3 cases of interior calcification,1 case of local hypointense density.Among 6 cases undergone enhancement imaging,2 cases showed heterogeneous enhancement;CT value of enhancement elevated 86Hu in comparison with that of scanning.Conclusion:Although SHL lacks clinical specificity,the characters of edge appearance and density on X-ray film and CT scanning could be a clue to the diagnosis of the disease.更多还原
