【摘要】 目的　观察米索前列醇配伍催产素预防产后出血的效果。方法　妊娠 37～ 4 1W ,硬膜外麻醉下经阴道分娩初产妇 180例 ,随机分为米索前列醇配伍催产素组 (观察组 )和催产素组 (对照组 )各 90例。观察组在胎头娩出时肌注催产素 2 0u ,胎儿完全娩出后口服米索前列醇 4 0 0 μg ;对照组只在胎头娩出时肌注催产素 2 0u。结果　两组第三产程时间、产后 2小时内出血量和产后出血率比较差异显著 (P <0 0 5 ) ;副反应比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　米索前列醇配伍催产素可有效预防产后出血 ,缩短第三产程 ,且无明显副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Misoprostol compacted with oxytocin on postpartum hemorrhage prevention. Methods Divided t ransvaginal delivery primipara with peridural anesthesia 180 cases into study gr oup (using Misoprostol Tablets and oxytocin, 90 cases) and control group (only using oxytocin, 90 cases). Study group, intramuscular injected oxytocin 20 u as soon as fetal head was expelled, and took orally Misoprostol 400 μg when foetus was expelled completely; control group, only intramuscular injected oxytocin 20 u as soon as fetal head was expelled. Results The level of the third stage time of labor, the hemorrhage of postpartum 2 hours and postpartum h emorrhage rate of study group were significantly lower than that in control grou p (P<0.05). The level of side reaction in study group was not significantly lower than that in control group (P>0.05). Conclusion The compatibility of Misoprostol Tablets with oxytocin can prevent postpartum hemor rhage, shorten the third stage of labor and have no evidence of side reaction.更多还原
