【摘要】 佛山市 16 4 0名 3～ 6岁儿童采用氟化泡沫护齿 ,护齿前后龋患率有显著性差异 ,(u =2 0 .5 ,P<0 .0 1)。护齿后龋齿新发病率实验组明显低于对照组 ,(u =3.6 6 ,P <0 .0 1)。实验组龋均护齿前后有显著性差异 (t =5 .1,P <0 .0 1) ,而对照组龋均无差异。实验结果显示 ,氟化泡沫预防龋齿方法简便安全 ,效果显著 ,适用于 3岁以上儿童群体防龋。更多还原

【Abstract】 years old group children in Foshan adopted FOAM to protect their teeth, which has resulted in the yearly declining of total milk tooth disease rate. The disease rates different remarkably around teeth protection (u=20.5 P<0.01), but not before the protection. There is no difference of tooth disease rate between the experimental group and contrasting group (u=1.9 P>0.05). The tooth disease rate is quite different in the experimenting group around the protection (u=3.9 P<0.01). The rate of new milk tooth disease in the experimenting group is obviously lower than that in the contrasting group (u=3.66 P<0.01). The average tooth number is quite different (t=5.1 P<0.01) around the protection in the experimenting group but not in the contrasting group. The experiment result shows FOAM is safe and effective in milk tooth disease prevention, and suitable for children over 3year old.更多还原
