【摘要】 目的　探讨交锁髓内钉内固定术治疗胫骨开放性骨折的临床效果。方法　自 1998年 6月～2 0 0 3年 6月对 35例胫骨开放性骨折采用G -K钉内固定术 ,一期手术 2 0例 ,二期手术 15例。按Gustilo改良分类 :Ⅰ型 11例 ,Ⅱ型 15例 ,ⅢA型 6例 ,ⅢB型 3例。结果　按Tohner-Wruh评分评定疗效 ,优 2 6例 ,良 9例。一期手术组及二期手术组比较 ,骨折愈合时间、弃拐时间、优良率、感染率无显著性差异。结论　交锁髓内钉内固定术治疗胫骨开放性骨折 ,骨折愈合时间短、感染率低 ,是一种较为安全有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Author’s address] The people’ Hostipal of Zhuhai, 519000 abstractObjective To discuss the clinic outcome of the treatment of the open tibia fracture with intramedulary nail with locking nail. Methods All 35 cases of open tibia fracture were operated with G-K nail system from Jone,1998 to June,2003 among which 20 cases were first-term operation, 15cases were secondary-term operation. With average age 32. Classified by Gustilo method: TypeⅠ11 cases,TypeⅡ15 cases; Type ⅢA 6 cases,Type ⅢB 3cases. Results According to Johner-wruh’ score grading,26 cases were excellent 9 cases were good. Comparing the two groups of different operation time, healing time, nonweight-bearing time, ratio of excellence, ratio of infection, almost were with no difference. Conclusion Treatment of open tibia fracture with intraredullary nail with locking nail is a safe and effective way, with short healing time, low infection rate.更多还原
