【Abstract】 Organic light-emitting device (OLED) is a very attractive candidate as the next generation of flat panel displays (FPD) because it has excellent features such as full color, high efficiency, high brightness and long lifetime. In this paper, the research history of OLED is reviewed systematically. The mechanism, structure and fabrication technology are also fully summarized. Finally, the newest industrialization achievements in recent years are presented and the application prospects are forecasted.更多还原
