【Abstract】 Principle and characteristics of a new quadrupole-linear ion trap mass spectrometer (QTRAP TM )were reviewed,and its applications in different fields,such as screening and andalyzing of drug metabolites,peptide and protein sequence analysis,and structural characterization of natural products,were also described.
