【摘要】 目的 :应用高效液相色谱法监测广州市售农产品中灭多威残留量并分析其存在的农药卫生问题。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,以 C18色谱柱、以甲醇∶水 (V/ V) =1∶ 1混合液为流动相 ,用紫外检测器 ,在 2 35 nm波长下测定吸收值。结果 :广州市售多种农产品中灭多威残留量 ,灭多威在市场来源样品中的检出率为 4 2 .86 % ,在超市来源样品中的检出率为 33.33% ,总样品检出率为 37.5 0 % ,检出量为 0 .4 5～ 7.88m g/ kg。结论 :选用方法精密、准确、回收率高 ;灭多威作为高毒杀虫剂 ,在广州市售农产品中的残留问题仍然比较严重更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine methomyl residues in prod uce from Guangzhou mark et by high-perforfance liquid chromatography and analyse the hygiene problem in them.Methods:Methomyl were separated on chromatographic C18 column by mobile phase o f mixture of methanolwater(V/V)=1∶1 in volume,and determined with UV detector a t 235nm.Results:Determine the methomyl residus in several produces from Guangzhou marke ts,the rate of methomyl detection in produces from market is 42.86%,and the rat e from super market is 33.33%,the rate from all the samples is 37.50%. The det ect ion is 0.45～7.88 mg/kg.Conclusion:This method is accurate,sensit ive and simple; Methomyl is high poisonous pesticide,the residues problem in produces from Guang zhou markets is still serious.We should watch out for its bane, enhance to moni tor, and keep agrochemical poisoned affairs from occurrence.更多还原
