【摘要】 目的 :用 SF- 36量表对糖尿病患者生命质量进行评价 ,探讨促使病情加重的可能危险因素 ,为今后进一步开展干预研究奠定基础。方法 :在成都市成华区小龙桥社区收集糖尿病患者 16 7人 ,对患者进行一般情况以及 SF- 36量表的调查。所获资料用 Visual- Foxpro6 .0软件建立数据库 ,用 SPSS11.5软件进行一般情况描述、生命质量的评价、单因素及多因素非条件 L ogistic回归分析。结果 :糖尿病对患者生命质量损伤的严重程度依次为总体健康 (均分 =37.86 )、躯体角色功能 (均分= 4 3.6 7)、情绪角色功能 (均分 =4 5 .5 8)、精力 (均分 =6 5 .4 5 )、心理健康 (均分 =6 8.73)、躯体疼痛 (均分 =71.30 )、躯体健康(均分 =79.5 2 )和社会功能 (均分 =86 .75 )。合理膳食 (OR=0 .4 4 5 ,P<0 .0 5 )、心理健康 (OR=0 .92 3,P<0 .0 5 )和社会功能(OR=0 .96 9,P<0 .0 5 )得分高是糖尿病病情加重的保护因素 ,而肥胖史 (OR=1.76 7,P<0 .0 5 )是糖尿病病情加重的危险因素。结论 :应在人群中提倡合理膳食、控制肥胖 ,提高糖尿病患者对疾病的认识 ,以健康的心态对待疾病。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To apply SF-36 to assess the quality of life in patients with diabetes mellitus,and investigate risk tactors aggravating the illness.Methods: 167 patients with diabetes mellitus in Xiaolongqiao community Chenghua di strict of Chengdu city were selected,and SF-36 instrument was used to investiga te. The data were const itited under Visual-foxpro6.0.The major statistical analysis described by SPS S11 .5 as follows:the gengral characteristics,the quality of life ,single-factor l i gistic regression,and multiple factor logistic regression.Results:Diabetes mellit us suffers the quality of life descendingly as general health,role-physical,vit a lity,mental health,bodily pain,physical fumctional,soctial functional.Diet,ment a l health and social function are the protective factors,but obesity history is t he risk factor.Conclusions:The results suggested that to initia te diet and contr ol weight,enhance the knowledge of diabeted mellitus in the patients,look on the disease with health attitude.更多还原
