【摘要】 目的 :通过对深圳南山区 1997年至 2 0 0 2年艾滋病的疫情监测 ,发现艾滋病流行的影响因素 ,并提出相应的对策。方法 :从 1997年开始对艾滋病高危人群和特殊人群进行监测 ,对性病患者实施健康教育。结果 :该区艾滋病的流行在近 3年呈快速增长趋势 ,2 0 0 1年和 2 0 0 2年感染总数已超过前 4年感染数之和 ,且感染者大多数为外来流动人口 ;女性 HIV感染者增加 ,经母婴传播感染 HIV危险性上升 ;吸毒人群艾滋病感染者逐年增加 ;经性传播途径感染的比例高于全国水平。结论 :南山区艾滋病疫情已经进入快速增长期 ,应采取积极有效的综合干预措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To find the influential factors of prevalence of HIV/AIDS and put forward some appropriate countermeasure.Methods:A survey has been carried out in HIV/AIDS high risk people and the special people since 1997, and a series of health education was implemented to those STD patients.Results:The prevalence of HIV/AIDS tended to increase during recent three years. The total number of infected people from 2001 to 2002 was much more than that in the past four years. Most of the infected people was transient outlanders.Among those people, more females was infected by HIV, which led to higher-risk infection via vertical transmission. The number of HIV/AIDS infected people increased year after year among drug addicts. And the rate of infection via sexual transmission in Shenzhen was higher than the average of our country.Conclusion:The prevalence of HIV/AIDS has come into a high-speed period. More effective comprehensive measure should be taken to control the epidemic situation.更多还原
