【摘要】 目的 :研究住院期间患儿家长的焦虑情绪 ,分析焦虑的影响因子。方法 :以一般背景问卷、焦虑量表、社会支持量表和家庭环境评定量表对陪护患儿住院的家长进行评定。结果 :患儿家长焦虑分高于常模 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,患儿病情严重、低收入家庭、在大家庭生活的家长 ,焦虑情绪显著 (P<0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1 ) ,影响焦虑情绪的主要因素依次为客观支持、家庭经济状况和亲密度。结论 :家长的焦虑情绪不仅仅受患儿的病情影响 ,社会、经济、家庭因素的作用更为突出。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the anxiety of parents during children in hospital and to analyze effective factors on anxiety.Methods:133 subjects children and their parents were tested by general questionnaire,parents were tested by self-rating anxiety scale,social support rating scales and family environment scale(chinese version).Results:The score on anxiety were significantly higher than norm(P<0.01).Anxious emotion was obvious in parents with children with serious illness critically,lower income,extended family(P<0.05～0.01).Anxious emotion of parents were influenced mainly by the external support,status of domestic economy and cohesion orientation.Conclusions:The effective factors on anxious emotion of parents were not only status of children illness,but also social support,status of economy and family character.更多还原
