氢化物发生-原子荧光法同时测定茶水中砷和汞
DETERMINATION OF ARSENIC AND MERCURY IN TEA BY HYDRIDE GENERATION-ATOMIC FLUORESCENCE SPECTROMETRY
【摘要】 目的 :建立同时测定茶水中砷和汞的氢化物发生 -原子荧光法。方法 :采用硝酸 -高氯酸微机消解仪恒温消解。结果 :砷和汞的线性检测范围分别为 0~ 5 0μg/ L和 0~ 2μg/ L。方法检出限分别为 0 .0 4 2μg/ L和 0 .0 38μg/ L ,样品加标回收率分别为 92 .3%~ 10 2 .0 %、 92 .5 %~ 98.8%。具有同时测定砷和汞含量的优点 ,方法简单、快速、灵敏度高、检出限低 ,节省试剂 ,结果可靠 ,仪器性能稳定。结论 :本法适用批量样品消解 ,适合茶水中痕量砷、汞的检测分析
【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method to determine arsenic and mercury in tea simultaneously.Methods:The method of digestion with nitric acid-polychloric acid by the digestion machine in a constant temperature was used.Results:The calibration curve for arsenic and mercury were 0~50μg/L and 0~2μg/L,detection limits were 0.042μg/L and 0.038μg/L and the recoveries of standard addition were 92.3%~102.0% and 92.5%~98.8%,respectively.Conclusions:This method is adopted for digestion of batch sample to determine arsenic and mercury simultaneously.Also it is simple,rapid,sensitive and reliable results.Therefore,it is suitable for detemination and analysis of tea drink.
