【摘要】 目的 :分析影响小鼠肝糖原测定的因素。方法 :以肝糖原含量作为考察指标 ,设计了取样部位 ,匀浆时间、沉淀温度三因素两水平的正交实验 ,同时也观察了取样时间、动物体重等对肝糖原含量的影响。结果 :3个因素的主次顺序是沉淀温度→取样部位→匀浆时间 ,但各因素水平对肝糖原的影响差异均无显著性 ;取样时间明显影响肝糖原含量 ,随着动物体重的增加 ,肝糖原含量有升高的趋势。结论 :实验应选用同一批、体重接近的小鼠 ,肝脏取样时间应迅速 ,并要及时清洗、匀浆、离心并转入乙醇中 ,以减少肝脏在空气中暴露时间 ,减少肝糖原的分解损失更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyse the influence factors of measurement on hepatis glycogen in mice.Methods:Orthogonal experiment was used to investigate the influence of factors (precipitating temperature,sampling location,extracting time) on hepatic glycogen level in mice.Also,the factors of sampling time and animal weight were studied.Results:There were no significant influence of precipitating temperature,sampling location,extracting time on hepatic glycogen,but sampling time influent hepatic glycogen level significantly.Conclusion:The mice should be the same weight and in same condition to avoid the difference of hepatic glycogen.更多还原
