【摘要】 目的 :了解目前人体寄生虫病流行现状和态势 ,评估防治效果。方法 :按照卫生部制定的《全国人体寄生虫病调查实施细则》进行抽样调查。结果 :检查 3个村 15 4 6人 ,受检率 97.79% ;检出寄生虫 3种 ,总感染率为 31.89% ,蛔虫、鞭虫、蛲虫的感染率分别为 2 8.4 0 %、 3.95 %、 15 .36 % ,与 1988年相比 ,分别下降 6 3.6 8%、 88.32 %、 11.88% ,减少3种线虫、 1种吸虫。结论 :14年的寄生虫病防治工作成效显著 ,应常抓不懈更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe the epidemic situation and tendency of parasitosis of human body at present and to evaluale the effect of prevention and cure.Methods:Sampling survey was made according to ’The Executive Detailed Rules of the Survey on Parasitosis of Human Body in the Entire Nation’ which was constituted by ministry of health.Results:1546 people of three villages were inspected,with examination rate being 97.79%.Three kinds of parasites were examined out,with total-infectious rate being 31.89%.The infection rates of Ascaris lumbricoides,Trichuris trichiura and Enterobius vermicularis are 28.40%?3.95%?15.36% respectively.By comparison with that of 1988,their infection rates decreased by 63.68%?88.32%?11.98% respectively in 2002.In the meantime,three kinds of nematodes and one kinds of trematode were reduced. Conclusion:The achievement of prevention and cure work in parasitosis for fourteen years is out-standing and this policy should be carried out persistently.更多还原
