【摘要】 目的 :研究长时间接触高温对作业工人健康的影响。对象 :高温组为某大型钢管厂高温作业工人 110例 ,同厂行政人员和教师 6 9例作为对照组 ,进行有关健康状态的比较。结果 :高温组的神经衰弱综合症发病率明显高于对照组 ,且随着工龄增长 ,神经衰弱综合症的发病率有所增高。高温组的心电图异常率为 2 0 .4 % ,高于对照组的 14 .3% (P<0 .0 5 ) ,血压脉搏差异无显著性 ,按工龄分组分析差异也无显著性。高温组的胆固醇和甘油三酯含量明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :长期接触高温 ,可引起工人神经衰弱综合征。定期心电图检测有助于早期发现高温对心血管系统的损害 ,保护高温作业工人的健康更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the workers’ health status of working in the hot environment.Methods:Totally 110 workers working in the hot environment (exposure group) and 69 officers or teachers in the same factory (control group) were studied.Results:The incidence rate of neurasthenic syndrome in exposure group was obviously higher than in control group,and with the work-age increasing,the incidence rate of neurasthenic syndrome in exposure group was increasing.Electrocardiogram abnormality rate in exposure group (20.4%) was higher than in control group (14.3%).No significant differences were found in blood pressure and pulse between exposure group and control group.Grouping by work-age no significant difference was found.The content of cholesterol and triglyceride in exposure group were obviously higher than in control group (P<0.01).Conclusions:Long time espousing in the hot environment could result in neurasthenic syndrome.Regular Electrocardiogram examine will make for earlier finding of the damage of cardiovascular system caused by hot temperature,and protect worker’s health in the hot environment.更多还原
