【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the drug quality in vitro of six commercial terfenadine tablets.METHOD The initial dissolution rate were measured using rotating paddle method.HPLC-method was used to determine the concentration of terfenadine and the Weibulls equation to model the main dissolution parameters.RESULTS Only two of six batch terfenadine tablets met with the requirements of criterion of Ministry of public health.CONCLUSION Because of the significant difference in drug dissolution among six terfinadine tablets,it is indicated that more attention should be paid to their clinical use.更多还原
