【摘要】 目的　了解南京地区 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 2年抗高血压药物使用情况 ,分析各类抗高血压药物临床应用趋势。方法　用金额排序法对南京地区 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 2年各类抗高血压药物的使用情况作统计分析。结果　抗高血压药物的用药金额逐年上升 ,3年中 ,钙拮抗剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂的用药金额一直处于前一二位 ;血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂、β 阻滞剂的用药量呈逐年上升趋势。每年前 10位抗高血压药物的用药金额占抗高血压药物全年总金额的 70 %以上 ,其中大部分品牌为合资药品。结论　抗高血压药物的需求量逐年递增 ,长效制剂受到医生和患者的青睐。针对不同的消费人群 ,开发不同作用机制的不良反应小、服用方便、价格合理的抗高血压药物 ,将会有良好的市场前景更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of antihypertensives in Nanjing district between 2000～2002", the application trend of every types was analysed. METHOD According to the order of sum of money, the purchasing information of antihypertensives in 22 hospitals in Nanjing district of there 3 years was analysed statistically. RESULTS The sum of money of antihypertensives was increased year by year. The ones of CCB and ACEI occupied the front two places in the category all the time in 3 years, ARB and β-blockers were also increased year by year. The total money of the front 10 drugs was more than 70% in all antihypertensives, the most was the products of joint ventures. CONCLUSION The requirements to antihypertensives were increased. Long-acting preparations were paid more attention to by doctors and patients. The prospects for exploitation are capacious for the drugs adapt to various people with new pharmacological mechnism, less adverse drug reactions, easy to take and reasonable price.更多还原
