【摘要】 目的　考察注射用盐酸普鲁卡因的细菌内毒素检查的方法。方法　按中国药典 2 0 0 0年版二部收载的细菌内毒素检查方法进行试验 ,并与热原检查法进行对比试验。结果　注射用盐酸普鲁卡因对鲎试剂的凝聚反应无干扰作用。结论　可以用细菌内毒素检查法替代家兔热原法来控制注射用盐酸普鲁卡因的质量更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To examine the method for test bacterial endotoxin in procaine hydrochloride for injection (PHI). METHOD Bacterial endotoxin test in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2000 was used, and compared with pyrogen test.RESULTS The test showed that no interference of PHI to LAL reagents.CONCLUSION Bacterial endotoxin test can be used in place of the rabbit pyrogen test for monitoring bacterial endotoxin of procaine hydrochloride for injection.更多还原
