【摘要】 目的　寻找一种快速测定盐酸乙基吗啡滴眼液的含量测定方法。方法　利用自动旋光仪测定盐酸乙基吗啡的含量。结果　在 2 0～ 2 5°C下 ,4～ 2 0mg/mL范围内 ,其浓度与旋光度呈现良好的线性关系。r =0 .9999,RSD =1.33% ,n =8。结论　用旋光法测定盐酸乙基吗啡滴眼液的含量 ,其方法快速准确 ,明显优于酸碱滴定法 ,适用于医院制剂的含量快速分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for rapid determination of ethylmorphine hydrochloride in ethylmorphine hydrochloride eye drops. METHOD Ethylmorphine hydrochloride was analyzed by polarimetry.RESULTS At the temperature of 20 to 25℃, the concentration was linear with optical activity in the range of 4 to 20mg/mL, r=0.9999,RSD=1.33%,n=8.CONCLUSION The method developed is rapid and accurate, which is suitable for the quick-analysis of ethylmorphine hydrochloride eye drops.更多还原
