【摘要】 目的　考察室温下维生素C ,维生素B6分别与磷霉素钠注射液配伍稳定性。方法　采用紫外分光光度法测定 8h内各配伍液中各自的含量变化情况 ,并进行了外观观察 ,pH值测量。结果　室温条件下 ,磷霉素钠与VC配伍后其外观、pH值及含量都有变化 ,磷霉素钠与VB6配伍后其外观pH值及含量均无明显变化。结论　上述条件下磷霉素钠不宜与VC混合输注 ,磷霉素钠与VB6配伍稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To Study the compatible stability of fosfomycin sodium with Vitamin B 6 and Vitamin C under normal atmosphere temperature. METHOD Determination of fosfomycin sodium, Vitamin B 6 and Vitamin C in compatible solution, and observation of pH and appearance of compatible solution within 8h by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and pH meter.RESULTS Under the normal atmosphere temperature, the content of fosfomycin and Vitamin C varies in compatible solution, with pH and the appearance. On the contrary, the content of fosfomycin and Vitamin B 6 is steady in compatible solution, with approximate stability of pH and appearance.CONCLUSION It is not suitable for fosfomycin to mix with Vitamin C, but adaptable to Vitamin B 6 .更多还原
