紫外分光光度法测定水杨酸醇溶液中柳酸的含量

【摘要】 目的 建立水杨酸醇 (柳酸醇 )溶液中柳酸含量测定方法。方法 在 2 96nm处采用紫外分光光度法直接测定。结果 柳酸在 10 - 2 0 μg·mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 99.8% ,RSD =0 .85 % (n =6 )。结论 本方法简便、快速、准确 ,可用于柳酸醇溶液制剂的含量测定。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of salicylic acid in alcohol solution. METHOD Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used, the detection wavelength was 296nm.RESULTS The calibration curve of salicylic acid had good linear over the range of 10~20μg·mL -1 ,The average recovery was 99.8%, and the relative standard deviation was 0.85%.CONCLUSION This method is simple, rapid, reliable and suitable for assay of the preparation.
