混料均匀设计在丙烯酸酯型阴极电泳涂料配方中的应用
APPLICATION OF UNIFORM MIXING DESIGN IN FORMULATION OF ACRYLIC CATHODIC ELECTROPHORESIS COATINGS
【摘要】 利用混料均匀设计试验方法,对阴极电泳涂料主体树脂进行配方设计,可以在较少的试验次数下找到一种较好的配方,并可以利用试验结果建立各组分与漆膜性能间的定量模型,结果表明,得到涂料的综合性能较优。
【Abstract】 The resin binder of cathodic electrophoresis coatings is formulated by use of a uniform mixing design experimental methods. More optimal formulations can be obtained through fewer experiments using this experimental system. The measurable model of relationships between each component and the performance of the paint film can be established. The results show that the comprehensive performance of the paint is much better.
