【摘要】 目的　总结输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石 (URL)治疗输尿管结石的治疗效果和经验。　方法　回顾性分析 96 5例 10 18侧输尿管结石行URL治疗的临床资料。　结果　 96 5例 10 18侧输尿管结石一次取石 915侧 (89.9% ) ,配合ESWL、再次URL或经皮肾穿刺 (PCN)取石 95侧 (9.3% ) ,手术成功率99 .2 %。中转开放手术 8例 (侧 ) (0 .8% )。严重并发症 :输尿管穿孔 11例 ,输尿管撕裂套脱 1例。结论　腔内弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石安全、有效、损伤少 ,是理想的治疗方法。合理采用腔内治疗手段和熟练的操作技巧是提高手术成功率、减少并发症的关键更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect and management expierence of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy for ureterolith.Methods965 cases of ureterolith (1018 laterals) who underwent ureteroscopic lithotripsy were retrospectively analyzed.Results915 laterals stones (89.9%) were extracted at the first time, 95 laterals of stones (9.3%) were cured with the assistance of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy or percutaneous nephrolithotomy or retreatment of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy. The rate of success is 99.2%. 8 cases (0.8%) conversed to open surgery during the lithotripsy. Complications occurred in 12, including 11 of ureteral perforation and 1 of ureteral dilaceration and fragmentation.ConclusionsUreteroscopic lithotripsy is a safe and effective method with less injury for ureteral calculi. Reseanonable adoption of this method and improve ment of the operation skills are the keys to increase the success rate and decrease the complication rate.更多还原
