【摘要】 目的　探讨Cr3 2 PO4胶体治疗腱鞘囊肿的效果。　方法　 4 0例腱鞘囊肿患者随机分为二组 :核素治疗组 (2 1例 )予腱鞘囊肿粗针穿刺抽液后将Cr3 2 PO4胶体注入囊腔内 ,加压包扎固定治疗 ;对照组 (19例 )予囊肿穿刺抽液后注入醋酸强的松龙常规治疗。　结果　核素治疗组一次性治愈 19例(90 .4 % ) ,有效 2例 (9.5 % ) ;复发 2例 (9.5 % )。对照组一次治愈 9例 (4 7.4 % ) ,有效 3例 (15 .8% ) ,无效 7例 (36 .8% ) ;复发 8例 (4 2 .1% )。两组术后治愈率和复发率均有显著性差异 ,核素治疗组明显优于对照组。　结论　Cr3 2 PO4胶体能显著提高腱鞘囊肿治愈率 ,减少其复发 ,有临床使用价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Cr 32PO 4 colloid in treatment of thecal cysts. Methods 40 patients with thecal cysts were randomized into two groups:nuclide treatment group (n=21) were punctured by thick needles with Cr 32PO 4 colloid into the cavity of vesicas at one time and then packed compressively. The control group (n=19) were treated by general method such as hydatid fluid suction and hydroprednisone injection. Results In nuclide group and the control group, the cure rate, the effective rate, the ineffective rate and the recurrence rate respectively was 90.4% vs 47.4%, 9.5% vs 15.8%, 0 vs 36.8% and 9.5% vs 42.1%. The differences of the cure rate and the recurrence rate in these two groups were significant. The effect of nuclide group is better than that of control group. Conclusions Cr 32PO 4 colloid can remarkably increase the cure rate and reduce the recurrence rate for thecal cyst.更多还原
