【摘要】 目的　探讨经尿道电切术治疗女性膀胱颈部梗阻的效果。　方法　回顾性分析采用尿道电切术治疗的 30例女性膀胱颈部梗阻患者的临床资料。　结果　平均手术时间 2 6min ,平均住院时间为 4 .3d ;随访 6～ 32个月 ,2 3例排尿通畅 ,无尿失禁、尿瘘等严重并发症发生 ,3例尿频症状持续 2月缓解 ;4例改善不明显。　结论　经尿道电切术治疗女性膀胱颈部梗阻 ,创伤小、安全 ,患者恢复快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of transurethral electroresection for female bladder-neck obstruction. Method The clinical data of 30 female patients with bladder-neck obstruction who received transurethral electroresection were studied retrospectively. Result The mean operation time was 26 minutes and the mean hospital day was 4.3 d. The patients got 6～32 months follow-up without severe complications of urinary incontinence, urinary fistula and so on. 23 cases urinated smoothly, 3 cases of thamuria last 2 months and got remission, 4 cases improved undefinitely. Conclusions Transurethral electroresection is a safe and effective therapy with advantages of minimal invasion and sooner recovery for female bladder-neck obstruction.更多还原
