HDPE-g-MAH制备及其对PA6/UHMWPE改性
THE PREPATION OF HDPE-g-MAH AND MODIFICATION OF PA6/UHMWPE BLENDS
【摘要】 介绍了采用溶液法制备马来酸酣接枝高密度聚乙烯 (HDPE -g -MAH)接枝物 ,研究了引发剂和单体的用量与接枝率的关系 ,由Molau试验证实 ,HDPE -g -MAH对PA6/UHMWPE共混体系有较好的增容作用。当接枝率在 0 .5 %~ 1.5 %时 ,对共混体系的吸水性能有明显的改进。
【Abstract】 The preparation of HDPE-g-MAH in solution was introduced.The relationship between the concentration of monomer and the graft ratio was studied. Molau experiment indicated that the HDPE-g-MAH was the efficacious compatibilizer to PA6/UHMWPE blends. The graft ratio between 0.5% and 1.5% was suitable for the PA6/UHMWPE/HDPE-g-MAH blends.
