【Abstract】 The rapid progress of the Information Industry has brought us many challenging problems,among which the legal regulation to the Information Industry is undoubtedly the most necessary and urgent one to cope with.The international background must be mentioned in our discussion in view of the internationalism of Information Industry.In the said paper,I mainly discussed the effects of law on the development of the international Information Industry and proposed several problems that international legal regulation should take into account,from the angle of the essentiality of the international legal regulation,starting from the actuality of international Information Industry.更多还原
